Go to the Opera House, down the first set of Stairs, to the Mermaid/Underwater Tank.  Click on the Recycle Can in the corner.

It seems to be having some bugs in that it does not always open up or load your inventory items. I just kept trying and eventually it did...then didn't, then did again.  You can exchange the new rose hedges and the eggs from this year's hunt.  Not sure what else as I need to check other items.

You can sit on the ottoman also!

Are we having fun yet? It really frustrating to get it to load inventory, I assume lag overload. And, well, I'll never get rich in Vegas, luck isn't my thing. So far managed to get over 50 exchanges done (250+pieces) using Halloween Candy on an extra, and all prizes have been in the top section. Now I like green, but seriously, just want to see some of the other things too.

I just hopped on for a try at it, thinking some of the lag would be fixed by now. It isn't. Sometimes items appear to be exchanged, other times I have to just hit cancel and try again. It took my inventory 10-15 seconds to show up to exchange. (Of course, my inventory is so full right now I can't even see everything in it) 

I really like these items. I actually love the green furniture, so I'm glad it is the easiest to get. But that rug is too cute!

Just an FYI: You can trade items from one character to another and they will exchange. Just in case anyone was wondering or needed to do that.

I'm glad to finally be able to get rid of all those ice panels I collected, but so far all I've been able to get are the 1 in 5 chance items.  I just wish those pieces weren't green.  Not my most favorite color.  Now if they would have been pink, I would be in Heaven with a fabulous pink room...  My dd has been able to get the black and brown sofa so far.

Some hiccups here and there, aye.  Lots of nice furnish, though.  I find that every couple exchanges, it won't load, and I close it and open a new one and it's fine.  I've been doing exchanges solely in single-mode...and loving it

Try switching between tabs (like furni and clothes, or furni and pins), will usually work too -- to get furni to load.  That way you don't have to close the window all the way out, and re-open again.

I sure do love this opportunity to dump old stuff!!

I am cracking up up however:  it seems I am having better luck getting the 1 in 200 chance furnish than I am in getting the 1 in 50 chance furnish
