Maybe they all think the new magic shop is out and are just getting in line to see what is going on.  :jester: :jester2:

I waited in line at 179 for Central Plaza only to find out I got ahead of myself and was suppose to be in line for Town Square. When I finally got back to Central Plaza I was like 139 .

There were two dumb moves in the creation of that quest.  The first was to have the last location as central plaza instead of main street.  I get that they wanted a stroll down main street in a line, but that final "have a seat" task would only disperse people and avoid long lines if there were no chairs in the final room!  This was a recycled quest and the lines were kind of bad the first time, but this time they had the second mistake - treasure magic!  A lot of people were finishing the quest and sticking around in the plaza to use their magic, which takes some time to use.

A lot of people feel the fun has been draining out of VMK...I think a lot of it boils down to not thinking things through (of which this is an example), not putting enough of a priority on fun, and having a somewhat cavalier attitude of not admitting mistakes.  The quest was obviously poorly thought out to begin with and yet they used it again and made it worse.

When I signed in there were close to 7,500 characters in the game.  This is certainly more than an average weekend.  While questing I did see a member of VMK Staff in Central Plaza.  Players were asked kindly leave the room after they got the second clover and to use their magic in another room.
